I cannot stress enough how helpful and encouraging Alex is as a PT. When I first started with him, I had previously had a bad experience with another PT, my confidence in the gym was low and I had no clue about how to lose weight. Alex was so encouraging and patient and it wasn’t long before I started seeing and feeling the results. He taught me not only how to work out in the gym but also about muscle groups and what I was actually training on my body. He gave me a training programme and really helped me with my food and eating habits! I’m in such a better place compared to how I was before I started with Alex. I would 100% recommend!!
